Classic and spontanously fermented Prosecco type with nice vibrant fruit as pear, green apples and lemon. Beautiful finish with fennel stalks and toasted almonds. Refreshing with a slight touch of something sweet. A great summer wine!

Grape: Glera & 15% local varieties.
Vineyard: Organic (not certified)
Vinification: Spontanous fermentation for aprox. 10 days. After the first fermentation the wine is put in closed steeltanks for the second fermentation.
