Refreshing and crisp prosecco made in a traditional style, “sur lie” or Col Fondo as they say in Italy. Hints of lemon zest, bread crust, green apples and yellow stone fruit. Creamy mouthfeel and great minerality.

Vinification: Spontanous fermentation with a few hours of maceration. No filtration, no clarification, no added sulpher. After the first fermentation the must is bottled and with the rising temperatures in the spring the second fermentation takes place directly in the bottle. No degorgement.
