A light orange with plenty of primary fruit flavors. Apricots, pineapple, citrus and orange rind are some of the markers in the nose as well as in the taste. A mouth watering acidity makes it go down quickly and the hint of tannins makes it perfect for some soft cheese or bitter salads.

Vineyard: Biodynamic practices.
Vinification: Spontaneous fermentation in open vats with 4 days of skin contact, manual breaking of the hat, unfiltered and no temperature control.
Aging: 6 months in steel tanks.
