A natural white wine made by Trappist nuns in collaboration with the famous oenologist, Giampiero Bea (from the Paolo Bea farm in Umbria).
A straightforward white with floral notes, hay and mature pear. The wine shows great minerality and a dynamic character.
Region: Lazio (Vitorchiano)
Grapes: 45% Trebbiano, 35% Malvasia, 20% Verdicchio
Vineyard: Soil with great presence of igneous rock
Vinification: Spontanous fermentation, no stabilization.
Aging: Some months in steel tanks.
