One of the founders of the most powerful organisation for natural wine producers in Italy is Angiolino Maule. In the vineyards of his farm, La Biancara, they have since 1988 been working with respect for the nature practicing organic agriculture and non intervention in the cellar.
A straightforward white with freshness, minerality and a great mouthfeel. Citrus and white fruit in the nose. In the taste green apples, honey and loads of wild herbs.

Grapes: 70% Garganega, 30% Trebbiano
Vineyard: Calcareous soil 100 meters above sea level.
Vinification: Spontanous fermentation, no filtration.
Aging: 7 months in steel tanks.
