Very juice and light macerated white from newly famed Il Farneto. A floral nose with notes of sour whey and juicy nectarines underneath the first layer. In the taste it’s salt preserved lemons, elderflower and a refreshing acidity that springs to mind.
Region: Emilia-Romagna (Colli Scandiano)
Vineyard: Biodynamic, certified organic.
Vinification: 48 hours cold maceration. Spontanous fermentation in steel tanks and a small part in wood barrels. No fining or filtration of the wine.
Aging: 6 months.
