Mouthwatering and modern Lambrusco in a fresh and dry edition with a nice complexity due to the secondary fermentation in the bottle “sur lie”. Fresh, juicy berries light toasted notes in the nose. In the mouth you’ll find fruity berries with slender tannins, nice acidity and vibrant bubbles.

Vinification: Spontanous fermentation in steel. No filtration, no clarification and no added sulfur. The wine is bottled with must from the same vintage and has a secondary fermentation in the bottle. No degorging.
