Floral, sweet spices and red fruit in the nose. Great tannin structure and a vibrant acidity. Nice finish with a mineral backbone.

Grapes: Catarratto & Pignatello
Vineyard: Organic, vulcanic soil. 40 years old vines.
Vinification: Spontanous fermentation in open terracotta jars, maceration for 3 months. No filtration nor adding of sulfites.
Aging: 7 months in amphora. Some months in bottle.
