Grapes: Nerello Mascalese 85%, Minella Nera, Alicante, Bouschet and Minella Bianco 15%
Vineyard: On the northern slopes of Etna and 50+ years old vines on vulcanic soil. Organic practises
Vinification: Spontanous fermentation, maceration 60 days, vinified in fiberglass.
Aging: A few months in fiberglass.
