Juicy rosé with a nice structure to balance things out. A brilliant rhubarb like acidity brings the fruit forward, juicy fresh wild berries and loads minerality makes it disappear in a sec. Really nothing bad to say about this wine!
Region: Sicily (Etna, northern region)
Grapes: Nerello Mascalese, Malvasia, Moscadella, Insolia.
Vineyard: On the northern slopes of Etna. Vines on vulcanic soil. Organic practises
Vinification: Spontanous fermentation, maceration 10 days, vinified in fiberglass.
Aging: A few months in epoxy tanks.
