An intense Dolcetto from the hand of one of the craziest men in the world of natural wine, Fabio Gea. A fruit forward red with juicy acidity. Black berries, pomegranate, cranberries and a little peppery touch. Persistent but integrated tannins.
Region: Piemonte (Neive)
Vineyard: ‘Natural farming’ inspired by Masanobu Fukuoka.
Vinification: Spontanous fermentation in porcelain vats. No filtration nor adding of sulfites.
Aging: 6 months.
