Creamy prosecco type with a crispy character and great personality. Citrus, yellow stone fruit, flowers and yeasty notes in the nose. Nice freshness on the pallet with thyme, spicy apples, bitterness and a mineral backbone.

Grapes: Mainly Glera
Vineyard: South/East facing, mainly clay and marl.
Vinification: Spontanous fermentation, 15 days of maceration. Second fermentation in the bottle. No disgorging.
Aging: 5 months in steel.
