Light orange with great minerality from the heart of Castelli Romani, Lazio. A noticeable earthy note in the nose together with yellow stonefruits, fennel fronds and lemon curd. Nice, juicy acidity and a long saline finish.

Vineyard: Organic practices. Manuel harvesting following the moon calendar.
Vinification: Spontanous fermentation. No clarification nor filtration. No added sulphur.
Aging: 6 months in fiberglass.
